I need to send my 3/4 set in to a pipe maker for a tune-up and I can't let my chops go down the toilet in the meantime, not to mention the parties I would miss sitting in the corner pipering.
<P>
Can anyone reccomend someone or a pipering club where I can place a deposit and rent agood bag and chanter for the interim?

I live in New York State, if that makes any difference. It shouldn't in today's global economy.

How long do you expect your pipes to be away for repairs?

If you want to borrow my Shark in the Morning mouth-blown practice chanter, you can borrow it for the time you need for the cost of shipping. I haven't fitted it with a bag or bellows, though, because I quickly moved to a used set from a good maker after purchasing it. If I had a spare practice set, I'd send it your way.
