I'm blanking on the first one, but the second is often referred to as The Song of the Tea. It also is referred to as a place-name-jig of some description...which I am also blanking on.

But you're right to mention Song of the Tea (Amhrán na Tae). We don't use that title here, but the interesting story behind the origin of the tune and name are at The Session:

The site is sponsored by Canon, which works out well for everyone, they want to sell more high-def cameras, people with new high-def cameras want to have somewhere to post their high-def content to share with friends and family.

After you click the links below, hover over the video window to bring up the player controls, click on "Full" to go full screen. While in full screen mode, click on "Scaling On" in the lower right to toggle between the native 1280x720 resolution and completely filling your display.

The quality is much better than YouTube and, unlike YouTube, you can download the videos. Unfortunately, they are still doing some recompression of the audio so there are some fairly distracting audio compression artifacts but the end result is still much better than YouTube.
