Tell us something.: I am interested in the uilleann pipes and their typical -and broader- use. I have been composing and arranging for the instrument lately. I enjoy unusual harmonic combinations on the pipes. I use the pipes to play music of other cultures.

Nudity

I wonder if they would (no bevis and buthead comments now people) allow a nearly nude piper do the gig, because I think that this would (ahem) be a most appropriate place to wear David Quinn's/K&Q Bagpipes - T shirt: "ask me about my hard D".

Tell us something.: Very much enjoy all flutes, bagpipes and whistles. I'm an older player; however, an active learner. I take current lessons from an Irish Flute tutor, a Boehm Flute tutor and a Highland Bagpipe tutor. I'm a great believer in lessons and without the assistance of a tutor, I find that I would be repeating the same mistakes over and over again, making me proficient in poor music.

Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

Tommykleen sold his Rogge concert set! Clearly the fellow in the pic scraped up every last penny he had to get it.

Anyone seen the Bags & (little) Whistles 2006 calendar? (St Johns Folk Art Council)

A bunch of Newfoundlanders (nudefoundlanders?) and Labrador(ans/ians?)

One busking nudey Uilleann piper.

One well known nudey pipemaker.

Other nudes too.

Lucky my scanner is on the blink!!

That is my Rogge D set. I still have them, and they are in the other room.

Wait a minute, I better go check on something...

Too bad I'm not allowed to travel anymore, cause it would be really cool to have a nude PREGNANT uilleann piper to perform there.
