I checked with my mother the local Colorado artist, and got the confirmation that this guy's the real deal. Apparently his previous performances have created quite a stir at RMCAD!

I'm way too shy in that way, so it won't be my thing, so to speak. ;-)
It also happens to be at the same time as my mother's final retirement art show. I can't miss that.

All the Best,

-Dirk

I think you should do it, Dirk. Might open up a wealth of new opportunities you can't even begin to imagine.

If you were drunk enough, I'm sure it would be fine.

P.S. miss you :)

Tell us something.: I am interested in the uilleann pipes and their typical -and broader- use. I have been composing and arranging for the instrument lately. I enjoy unusual harmonic combinations on the pipes. I use the pipes to play music of other cultures.

I pipe in the buff everyday (under my clothes).

Thing about nude piping is: everyone starts mentally dressing you.

Before I decide whether or not to take this gig  I have a question:

are you still considered nude if you are wearing nothing but a breathright* nasal strip?

Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

I've seen you without one and never thought you to be underdressed. So, to answer your question, no, I suppose.

I think this thread has run its course. Could we also stop posting the image this poor uninformed gal? Beyond annoying me, it may also be seen as a personal attack and I wish to avoid that... please.

Thanks.
