Amazing how the drones and regs come through so clear on his playing.

I'd rather be atop the foothills than beneath them.

At least they are playing live. You can tell by Mr. Spillane going into the wrong part of the tune at 1min 24secs. Then nervously smiling at My Irvine.

Boyd,

Hows it going.

Birkin Tree are an Italian band. I'm sure the piper has posted on this board before. I have a CD of theirs. More I do not know without either looking at the intardnet or going home and reading the sleeve notes....

Sounds like Sliabh Russell followed by THE Congress reel.

Not sure of the 3rd tune off the top of me head

A few weeks ago I started collecting together assorted piping videos on Youtube in a "channel" I set up there. You can view those I found at http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=bagpipediscsdotcom as well as I few I have put up myself including Jerry O'Sullivan.

Just put this up finally. Had it for a while, but didn't have the means for the converting. Mikie Smyth playing "The Downfall of Paris."

Sorry, it's kinda big, so it might take a little while to load for some.

In addendum, I just noticed the audio is off just a tad from the video. Sorry about this. If I get some free time in the next day or two, I'll re-do it.
