A few people I know have them...a lot of people I have read about have them...so where are they?? Everyone says they are a good place to start but they are almost always replaced with a real (more formal) set. So where are they and why do you never see any for sale?? I've never seen one used as a <i>backup set</i>.

It's not that I want one...even though I am very curious about them. I may even order one just to see if they are worth recommending to low-budget beginners.
