The second meeting of the Kansas City Piper's Congress has been scheduled. If you are in the Kansas City area (or anywhere for that matter, even if you are just passing through) Please join us. Here is the message from Dean Karres (of UPIL fame):
Any pipers who find themselves in the Kansas City area are welcome to my
place on Sunday, April 21. We'll fix burgers and dogs and play some
tunes. You don't have to have a set, only an interest.
