I remember seeing a reference to a book involving a set of plans that a piper had drawn from the set he owned. Does anyone know of the book's title or author?

Regards,

Wilbert Garvin's book, "The Irish Bagpipes - Their Construction and Maintenance", has been reprinted and is available again. ISBN 0-85640-692-9 I got my copy from Amazon.com.
