Hello all,

I received this from Dean Karres, so I thought I would pass it along

Jeff

Hi all,

I know that most of you saw this in the Uilleann pipe mailing list but
in case you missed it...

Greg McRobbie and I are having a really informal get-together at our
house next Saturday, March 30. We'll open the door at 11am-ish, fire up
the grill and cook hot dogs and burgers, play a few tunes, etc. If you
know other pipers in your area that might be interested that I have left
off or have let slip off my radar please let them know.

David Jones? I forget, are you in the KC area?

Jeff!
Is this a club of Pipers in the KC area?
I am a beginner, and trying to learn anything I can. I appreciate any information.
Cheers!

Yes and No,

There used to be a goup of pipers that met - Heartland Pipes Club or something like that. I think it kind of fell apart a while back. Dean is trying to get it going again or at least get some of us together. email me at

wally@kc.net

and I will forward some more info on to you'
My piping stinks (ever heard the death cry of a moose?) So don't be afraid to come along, I'm sure you couldn't embarass yourself more than I can.
