I’m selling an excellent Cillian Ó Briain chanter with two keys, Cnat, Gsharp. The chanter is reeded by Alan Burton. I really think this is an excellent chanter and has fantastic projection in a session while not being overbearing. It also has a lot of expressive character and tonal options for solo playing. I’m selling to purchase a fiddle. I think the chanter was made late nineties or early 2000s. I purchased it second-hand from bellow and chanter maker Louis Ó Coileán. Unless Covid has interfered with the implementation, most woods except Brazilian rosewood can be shipped in musical instrument form. CITES changed the restrictions awhile back. |
