OK How do you actually post something on this web site?
There are no instructions on posting or directions that I can find anywhere on the site

Any help would be much appreciated

Sure there are. Top of this and every other forum page:

C&F Consolidated Concordat on Policy (CCCP) (← click)

Go to #6, Buying and selling. It's a wordy one, but there was no getting around it. You'll find what you need there.

No, #6 is NOT just about posting. It's about the rules for buying and selling. At this point I'm not sure what you're asking, for your question suggests to me that you didn't really read it at all.

Simply post a post. That's how you put something up for sale. If you're selling a whistle, post in the Whistle Forum. If you're selling a Taylor set, post in the Uilleann Pipes Forum. If you're selling a fiddle, post in the Trad Strings Forum. Same if you're looking to buy.

If you're asking about the UIE (Used Instruments Exchange), that's off-limits to you yet, since you're still under review as a new member. But if your third post is approved you will be granted full permissions, which includes use of the UIE and the ability to send and receive private messages (PMs). That's all in the CCCP, too.

My guess is they are asking how to post photos, just a guess.

If that's the case, then I must defer to the tech-savvy to help with this.
