free Uilleann Pipe tutor or source for triplets

Hello,
I am starting a new attempt of learning the pipes right now. The last time I had a broken reed and didn't realise that, therefore it was a rather frustrating experience ;)
I am happy with my progress so far, but now I want to get triplets going. Unfortunately I lend my "New Approach to Uilleann Piping" to a friend
who can't find at the moment..
Therefore I wanted to ask if someone nows a free pdf tutor or so, especially for triplets, because the piping triplets are so different from any flute technique!

I haven't really heard of any free uilleann pipes tutorials. That being said, if you Google "uilleann pipes triplets" there are a ton of discussions and videos, like below:
