Help for an Austrian friend

Hi all,
I've an Austrian friend here in Wexford who has started piping lessons and is doing really well. However he is to move back to Austria sometime around July. Are there any pipers out there, near where he is that could continue to give lessons or support?
His nearest town would be Bregenz in Austria, Lindau in Germany or St.Gallen in Switzerland.
