Hi,
has someone had experience in ordering a Penny Chanter from Europe?
I would like to order a C chanter, the price seems reasonable but I'm terrified by customs expenses: I live in Italy, I had bad experiences in the past buying stuff from USA.

I bought a penny chanter from Europe a few years ago and I didn't pay any import duty. A loophole in the regulations may have been exploited. I don't know how this worked or if it can still be done, so you would have to ask the expert(s).

If you are buying from a country within the EU there will be no customs charges.
