I got to see and hear them recently when Brad was almost finished making them(lives about 5 miles away from me). Looked and sounded great even before the final product. I seem to recall that the chanter is standard bore B (not narrow bore).

Brad makes beautiful pipes, both his concert and flat sets. I've been playing one of his concert sets from a few years ago since the beginning of the year. It sounds like this B set might be the same set I saw in his shop earlier this year, and it was looking mighty fine at that phase in completion.
