Does anyone have any info on the maker M.B. Wilkins?
He made my boxwood C set and I'd like to know if he based my set on any particular design.
The set are playing but need a bit of tlc, I may even sell my 3/4 preshaw set and keep the Wilkins set.

Mick was on here, but I've not heard of him for about 5 years. He wasn't in the best of health then, hopefully someone will be able to give some more information. He was still making pipes then.
I had an B set which was based on a set which was later stolen from a museum in Yorkshire. Not sure if he used that as a base for other keys or if he had other sets he based them on. He did have links with Peter Hunter so maybe Sam L can help there?
