I was watching Oprah the other day, it was a bank holiday honestly, and I saw a segment on pepper grinders. There is a fella in the states who has closed his order books on his hand turned pepper mills. The current wait is now three years for one of these things. It took 8 agonising months to get my half set, but living with out cracked pepper for 3 years is somthing I just could not do!!
Do you think a practise set for a pepper grinder would be a mortar and pestle?
