They were serviced and rereeded by Sam Laurence in early 2013 and given a new bag, which was made by Laurence Thomson.
They are blackwood and brass. Unfortunately they have to stay in the UK, as the mounts are antique ivory and with new CITES regulations, I'm not shipping them anywhere. They don't have a certificate. But it might be worth asking Sam if he can make plastic mounts.
