Is there a safe way to mess with these scammers, like lead them on right to the point were you pay but then say you've changed your mind. or is that risky?

Thanks Davy for keeping an eye on things

It's not really risky, if you're sensible, but you're not really having much effect on them. They get quite a lot of timewasters anyway - as anyone who has sold a keenly priced instrument will be aware - and I presume they will regard it as the work they have to put in to get their scam to pay off.

I'm hoping to pick up both of the Kennedys.

I'd love to get some kind of revenge on all slimy scamming scum . My wife got stung by those Indian guys posing as microsoft employees who telephoned to say that our computer had been invaded by nasties and were going to instruct her how to remove them, instead they introduced some nasties of their own and wanted payment to remove them. Cost us 80euro to have the local wiz repair the damage. Grrrrrrr

Well, you could always pick up this reinforced blowpipe connector for that Crowley set.

Even my wife wouldn't fall for that one.

Give me a break, guys! Those bellows tubes are no longer available. ($6.95) I thought I was providing a service to pipers that didn't have tools handy or didn't want ten feet of tubing laying around. You think I got rich selling the few that people requested? , PayPal, eBay, envelopes and gas got most of it.
My objective was to supply hard to get items and I still make a lot of them. I'll stick to that. My bellows inlet valves are still some of the best looking and functioning on the market. Google bagpipe bellows inlet valves and see what pops up under images. The first thirty are mine.
My chanter and bellows tube stocks, adapters and blowpipes are hard to beat! Maybe I should start charging what this stuff is really worth.
