I've added a couple of new useful features to PalmABC, the most excellent freeware .ABC player for Palm V and later Pilots:
- Ability to search and do repeat searches through the tune titles for a string. Useful if like me, you have 1500 tunes in the .ABC database. The search strings are currently case-sensitive.
- More stylistically accurate playback of short and long rolls
To install the updated version:
1) Download and install the original PalmABC software from the PalmABC home page using the installer:
http://www.gander.demon.co.uk/palmabc.htm
2) Download and install my updated PalmABC.prc from:
http://members.home.com/eskin/PalmABC.prc
3) Hotsync your Palm to copy the new .prc file to your device.
