Practice set in D with Koehler chanter and Dow bellows - look at notes before you bid as seller states that he will not sell for less than $750 - $350 more than the buy it now price.

A bit bizarre, no? Why would eBay care about (and restrict) the asking price?
I was thinking the same thing. Almost used the "Buy it Now" at 400 just for the Dow bellows. Further investigation shows the seller originally posted with a starting bid of .99 but quickly relisted. I'm guessing with 0 feedback the seller is unfamiliar with the use of ebay.

At which point eBay forced the seller to cut the starting price in half (and not some other amount), because eBay always knows the correct market value of a hybrid uilleann set, of all things? No, I'm afraid the seller's note still made no sense. :o
