fearfaoin; I've only just noticed your avatar waving at me. Has it always done that or am I just not attentive enough?

I thought I'd try it out a couple months ago.Ceili_whistle_man wrote:fearfaoin; I've only just noticed your avatar waving at me. Has it always done that or am I just not attentive enough?
I tried to make it wave infrequently enough
that people might not be sure if they saw it.

Very good, I was convinced that I was slipping into early senility because I hadn't noticed it before.
I would have been more confused and mentally disturbed if you had replied 'What waving hand?'

I guess I was looking at the right moment - I've always noticed it. In fact I didn't realize how infrequently it waves until you mentioned it! How do you set the timing? I like it.I tried to make it wave infrequently enough

Don't worry, C.W.M., someone else would have jumped in pretty fast if fearfaoin HAD said 'What waving hand?'

Well it was quite stationary for many years,Peewit wrote:I guess I was looking at the right moment - I've always noticed it. In fact I didn't realize how infrequently it waves until you mentioned it! How do you set the timing? I like it.
until quite recently. I used The GIMP to make
the animated gif. The animation creator lets
you set the delay for each frame. I just set
the delay on the first frame really high (about
7 seconds I think).
