Starting off July 2010 with the release of 7 new Scottish bagpipes-related apps for the iPad and iPhone/iPod Touch:

AirPipes - Wireless MIDI Bagpipes Control Surface for the iPad updated to version 1.3
With this update, the app now supports selecting between Uilleann and Highland chanter fingerings:

Keir has an incredible collection of bagpipe samples from the instruments and playing of master Scottish piper, Fred Morrison, these are the samples used in all the new apps.
