I found that Ramon was very helpful with my issue. Instead of fixing mine he sent me a new one within a week. So hang in there.

I also had an issue with my set where the rubber button wasn't quite contacting the sensor below. It's something I could have fixed myself and Ramon sent full instructions for doing so, but was also happy to have me send the chanter to him in Spain which I did. They fixed it up quickly and sent it right back. I have also found them to be great to work with. Just adding my $.02.

I've had to send my Vpipes chanter back as one of the sensors appears to be faulty. I am awaiting it's return or replacement in the near future but I have found Ramon to be very helpful and courteous and prompt with his responses and updates.

Well, I got my chanter back today from Spain and its great. The fault has been rectified and its full steam ahead now! I just need a suitable compact but strong case to carry them round in. Any body got any suggestions as to the ideal case?

My vPipes live in here most of the time. I got it online at a design your own cases place. Problem was that i put some of the dimensions in backwards so i had to do a little knife work... But you can be sure the the vPipe is safe in here

If i don't want to be burdened with the case.... And can be carefull with my back pack i do this.

The chanter is well protected but i worry about busting off the plastic cable connector to the main unit.

Nice case Bob! That's exactly what I'm after.
