Ciúnas bóthar cailín bainne (Silence road girl milk). It comes from the last line of this ad, In which a guy, challenged in a bar to "do something Irish," simply repeats random words and phrases in "school" Irish, pretending it's a "poem in our native Irish tongue.":

The rest of it is part of a child's nursery song that most Irish kids learn in school at some point:
