Could be, I suppose. They're the leftmost dots from Dale's original logo, but I suppose there's no particular reason to assume that the whistlepic Dale used was oriented that way.
And now there was no doubt that the trees were really moving - moving in and out through one another as if in a complicated country dance. ('And I suppose,' thought Lucy, 'when trees dance, it must be a very, very country dance indeed.')

The equidistant dots s1m0n used are definitely
the topmost holes.

So now I see this faint greyish thingy in the C&F browser tab, looking like a footprint, a grey footprint on grey background, IS THAT IT? The exciting new favicon? Looks really pathetic, or more ghostlike....

I am using Firefox. Sorry, no favicon on the tab, but beside the link to C&F on my Bookmark toolbar. No idea how it got there, or why it persists there and not on a tab. But it has not been there long, some days perhaps.

That's because a pathetic ghost did it ... We haven't changed a thing (yet).

That's a relief. I really didn't think it was possible, but all the same I'd be very uncomfortable if we'd get a favicon just because someone somewhere else hit "Enter".
