I'm just starting out on the Irish flute. I've played other woodwinds in the past, so some aspects like fingering & breathing are coming fairly easily, though the Irish ornamentation is completely new to me.
And I already have a rather embarrassingly large collection of flutes for someone who can't play anything at speed yet.
