Nope, no can do. That is not an image link, but a URL to the Unsplash site which will display, and allow you to download the image to your local computer's drive. AFAIK, there is no way to display it in-line in a message. You'd have to either provide a clickable link (as below) to the image's page on that site, or download it yourself & post it to an image-hosting site, such as IMGUR.
