As the title says, I'm looking for an inexpensive low D whistle. Inline holes are a must, and minimal air requirement and quiteness are bonuses. I'll try not to get hung up on aesthetics unless they adversely affect playability and/or the instrument has extensive cosmetic flaws. I'm looking to spend no more than $100 US out-the-door; instruments already in the US are strongly preferred. Does anyone have such a thing?
