I got this whistle new from the maker last week and just tried it. I only play low whistles this time,
but I owned a Killarney D as well as C in the past. I had been just curious about the new Bb whistle
and needed to try it.
The Bb is breathier (and more chiff) than the D. The whistle is very air efficent with a very sweet second
octave. The bore diameter is 14.5 mm.
Asking price is 65 Euro (org. retail is 95 Euro) plus postage from Germany / Europe.
