This chanter was made by Kevin Thompson in Malahide about 25 years ago. It is made from brass, boxwood mounts and ebony.
The 5 keys are ringed F, G sharp, B flat, C natural and D (third octave).
The rose inlay on the wooden top was done by a very famous bouzouki maker.
This chanter has a beautiful tone, is easy to reed (Rowesome dimensions) and plays beautifully.
