Lovely old 8 key cocus flute. Neatly repaired by Jon Cornia. Repairs include a typical barrel crack, a couple sockets, a replaced ring on the foot and a couple key pads. There are no cracks in the head joint and it Is a particularly nice piece of cocus. Flute is very solid now and plays really nicely. Yes it has some of the old flute tuning discrepancies but nothing unmanageable and if you happen to have a spare modern head joint (Olwells especially) it becomes a non issue. It’s a slender bodied flute making it very comfortable and really easy to play. It has plenty of volume and doesn’t mind being pushed a bit. $1400
