I'm thinning my quiver of whistles and have a lovely Tuneable Kerry Optima low D with a silver head I'm selling for $85 shipped in the U.S.. Phil Hardy did a great job with this whistle, I just have an Overton that gives a bit more low end volume for sessions. I'll say that the cupped finger holes make a BIG difference when learning how to stretch your fingers and hold your right hand to cover the holes completely, so this is a great whistle if you are transitioning from high or mezzo whistles. Condition is like new.
