I turned, bored and drilled tone holes and tuned this Maple A in 2009. When drilling I cracked it between hole three and five. I mended the cracks and it has been on the stand all that time without any changes. It's been oiled and in tune and tunable. The average relative humidity in my shop is around 45%.
If someone wants to take a chance it is for sale.
In 2009 I was asking $150 for similar whistles.
