My first really great chanter - from early 90's - rereeded by Benedict Koehler...
plays wonderfully, in great tune with itself and everyone else for that matter... t
here is a small chink taken out of the artificial ivory mount at top of chanter, and a chip out of guide block on 3rd octave D key.
I love this chanter - have kept it for sentimental reasons and to loan to students... but I think it really deserves to be played full time, not the back up chanter... Will probably regret selling it but I'm getting old, and don't deserve all these wonderful instruments anymore... tired of hoarding.
