Selling my Hammy Hamilton 4-Key D Blackwood/Silver.
Made in 2011. Long F, Short F, G sharp, and C natural keys
I just haven't played flute in around 5 or more years and I'd like to sell this one to raise some cash for another instrument.
Hamilton is no longer making flutes. I paid around $2600 used back in 2014 to get it to my door. Asking the same now.
Pads seem OK to me but I am not really a good judge.
The ring on the barrel was loose back when I played it. It seems to be on good now, but perhaps when it warms up or in drier conditions it may get loose. I never tried to re-dimple or glue it. It just wasn't really a problem for me.
Otherwise it's in great shape.
Always oiled, and cork-waxed. Kept in humidified smoke-free room.
