FS / WTT: Chieftain OS Low D whistle SOLD

For sale is a Chieftain OS Low D whistle in great and very clean
condition. Is has no marking but the D stamped on.
Originally it had been a non-tunable whistle but changed to tunable in the Chieftain style
using an external piece of alloy tube. The sealing is done by teflon tape as found on
Goldie whistles.

The tone is very mellow and smooth, even in the second octave. Both octaves are incredibly
well balanced and the whistle has low air requirement.
The Old Style Chieftains aren't too breathy. The tone is rather pure with a nice amount
of chiff. The volume is medium. It's neither loud nor extremely quiet.

Asking Price is 100 Euro plus postage (location is Germany).

Would also trade for a low / alto G whistle.
