Selling on behalf of a student who has recently bought a fully keyed instrument.
Two piece keyless Martin Doyle Flute in D. This flute has the wide and powerful tonal characteristics associated with flutes by this maker and is an excellent instrument for players at any level.
Very well in tune with itself. As it has no tuning slide, this flute needs to be pulled out slightly at the joint to flatten it to D, I play particularly sharp and have it pulled out around 8mm where it is fully in tune.
Slight roughness around the embouchure hole from wear, the hole edge is not in any way rough or chipped. See photos. Does not affect the performance of this instrument.
