The self-editing time limit is now (re)set to 72 hours (3 days). If anyone needs to edit older posts, just notify the Mods on a case-by-case basis. Thanks!

I had a forum where a user asked to be deleted and wanted to delete the posts. Deleting posts usually destroys the entire threads readability. So, I would rename rename the poster to "Departed". Funny though, many users and thought that the poster had deceased, oh well. Eventually the "departed" on return - how about that, resurrection.
