I've added a new feature to the forum's search page -- you can now search the Chiff and Fipple forums with Google! This should improve on the built-in search feature's results by trying to calculate which URLs are most relevant instead of just looking for words that match. (On the other hand you can't limit it to a single forum.)

I'm not sure that it'll be a huge improvement but it'll be a small one, and the built-in search feature is still available.

Feedback is welcome, as always!

However, the Google search does not apparently find new (recently posted) material on the Forums- I guess you have to wait until the next time they come around and index it.

Thanks Rich! I'm glad the old search remains, as I find it useful, but I also find it a right pain at times and the Google addition is gratefully received. :)
