But the pictures are completely different. This guy knows what to do with his flange, the other guy, not so much.

That doesn't look like a flange; if it had a seam in it, I'd say it was a bearing. But the conical surface makes it not look like a flange.

Edit: looked at the address, and it is a bearing race.
