Are we talking Pakistani-made flanges? Some of the older LITM flanges were okay, though I think even those may need to be revoiced.

Flanges on ebay

There's a lot of good o'pinion drivin' this thread, both front and rear, but it makes little differential in the calculus of spline-to-axle ratios, whether you're Packin' a Stan, or a Lunch or a Baggis flange. LITM's aside, you'll be needin' mighty good spicer gear just to get this baby to whine a bit. Finally, you'll no get a toyota to whistle, no matter how long ye blow -- too much flangst, the spacing's all wrong and three toed sloth would be full-time busy, just to cover using all four limbs. You'll want a professional flange spanner just to assemble that bugger.

Overvoiced seems the the way to go hear.

hmmm.... interesting....

so where would a good place to look for a moderately priced, beginer-intermediate flange that will last me a while? And what would be the best way to get in contact with a flange-miester in my area? I don't know if I'll be able to go in alone. This whole thing seems strangly similar to buying a musical instrument...

I heard about some website... flangeobsession.com...

He served in that capacity during the final training days on the East Coast and in North Africa. A West Pointer also, General Lange fought at Verdun and Toul in World War I, was awarded the French Croix de Guerre. He had several teaching assignments between the wars, became Professor of Military Science at the University of Florida

Possible threads for flange forum.

Flanges for beginners.
Avoiding cheap, mass-produced flanges.
A thread about how it doesn't really matter what kind of flange you have. A cheap one is perfectly fine if you're good at working flanges.
Is there a flange? What is the nature of flange? Why do some people insist on believing in flanges?
