Hi everyone,
I saw this flute on ebay, and it's listed as a Bulgarian duduk/whistle.
However, it looks a lot like a frula.

From the pictures provided I would tend to agree.

- Tell us something.: I'm here because I just wanted to change my location... but it turns out much more complicated than I thought. Do I already have the 100 required characters?

Re: What is this flute?
From the look of it I would guess this is a Bulgarian duduk - there are several varieties, differing in the number of fingerholes, some with an additional thumbhole. Same is true for the frula, too.
Also from the outer appearance (as well as from the price) I would guess this is not a professional instrument, so don't set your expectations too high, regarding the performance of this whistle - I've seen many similar ones in antique shops in Bulgaria, which were virtually unplayable.
