I liked it, and disagree with the comment that it would have been better an octave lower. It would have been different, yes, but your performance was just fine.

Thanks. I was originally planning to record it with the C alto ocarina of the same make, but realized I had left it at church, and so I used the soprano instead.

It's not as much the pitch of the Alto, as its volume and tone, that I believe would mix better with a banjo.

Thanks. I enjoyed that. and not do hijack the thread but I saw right below your video a thing about hand whistling/hand cooing. I'm going to learn how to do that.

I think Aaron should try the same tune with the alto, and we'll see how it turns out.
