huun huur tu are playing at symphony space in nyc on 11/24. easily worth a 2 or 3 hour drive to hear this band.

Ohh...I love HuunHuurTu. That music gives me shivers. There's something so calming and yet wonderfully sad about that sound!

Wow. I really wish their tour to bring them back to Seattle. :sniffle:

Had the wonderful opportunity to hear Huun Huur Tu some years back. I was struck by how the music seemed very much from a horse culture, if that makes any sense...it evoked for me wide open spaces and hoofbeats.
