FYI, I have an account and was logged in but still unable to view your link. Maybe you haven't made it available publicly.

Re: emusic list
To get to them, you just need to go to the "Browse" tab (no need to log in). I looked under "new" and "celtic" and didn't find them, but did find Turlach Boylan's "Tidy Cottage" when I did a search. It says it's in "International", but not what it's sub-genre is...

Re: emusic list
Dear Pat,
yeah, that's why i thought i would post the list, because some of those albums were really hard to find. some things are categorized weirdly, and, for example, if you type in Matt Malloy as an artist in the search bar you won't find the Matt Malloy album--i found it by hunting through various "Celtic" lists.
otherwise though, what did you hear? it's a great deal--i've downloaded all or part of every one of those albums, and it's by far the cheapest way to get them. I've bought used albums on amazon, downloaded from itunes, etc--emusic is the cheapest. After a few months of being a member, like i said, i have all or part of every one of those albums i listed.
honestly though, another reason i thought to post it was that my intention is to cancel the membership soon... i think i'm pretty close to tapping out their ITM recordings, so then i won't need to pay them $12 a month anymore. I saw on a message board they don't make it easy to cancel, so we'll see what happens then...
Cheers,
eric

Re: emusic list
Good list, thank you. There are a few on it that I don't know. But I have some that I don't see in your list:
Alan Kelly & John Kelly - Fourmilehouse
Brendan Mulholland, Brendan Hendry, Paul McSherry - Tuned Up
Brian Finnegan - The Ravishing Genius of Bones (not flutey, but since you have Flook on your list ...)
Catherine McEvoy - The Home Ruler
Catherine McEvoy, Caoimhin O'Raghallaigh, Micheal O'Raghallaigh - Comb your Hair and Curl it
Dave Sheridan & Co. - Sheridan's Guest House
Grada - (multiple albums)
Moving Cloud - (multiple albums)
Grey Larsen & Paddy League - The Green House
Joe Burke - The Tailor's Choice
John McSherry & Donal O'Connor - Tripswitch
Laurence Nugent - (multiple albums)
Michael McGoldrick - (multiple albums)
Mulcahy Family - Notes From the Heart
Martin Mulhaire, Seamus Connolly, Jack Coen - Warming Up
NicGaviskey - Home Away From Home
Paddy Carty - Traditional Irish Music
Teada - (multiple albums)
Cara - (multiple albums)
As an eMusic customer for a couple of years, I must say that they used to be a better deal than they are now. And the coverage of their catalog is spotty, often you'd have two or three random albums available by an artist whose discography is a dozen albums or so. But it's still a good deal compared to other sources, so I just get whatever's there before I hit the secondhand market on Amazon or order from Custy's.
