Steffen is a terrific flute player. I recommend checking out his album
The Land's End Sessions (some tracks are available on youtube) as well as his band Deistch. I have the album
Mittsommer sessions: it's great (mostly German folk music). They play a few tunes from this album
in this video. Enjoy
