Probably guessed by the username, I'm Jamie Hamilton from Southern California and currently in exile in Texas. I play a fabulous Lehart flute, and since I started out on the Highland pipes, I play "flat fingered" and "shouldered up" - probably not good habits, but when you're 20 and you spent as much time listening to Linkin Park and Tantric as you do trad stuff, you're less concerned with satisfying the traditional norm
!Anyway, my question is, since I'm absolutely thrilled with my current Lehart, I'm considering picking up one of his in Bb. Anyone out there got any experience with his alto flutes?
And Hi, Mike. That M&E still treatin' ya well? Split an eardrum with that funky antique whistle yet?
