FS: Casey Burns Boxwood Standard all wood keyless D flute. Gun case included: $480 + $15 shipping in the U.S.

Casey Burns Standard all wood keyless D flute From 2001, when Casey had quality *French* Boxwood. It has Offset L3 & R3 toneholes - I prefer in-line like my others. No slide or rings. 2020 List price was USD $700.

Note this is not a Folk Flute model, but has a removable end cap, movable head cork, and is in 3 sections. The main body has a long upper tenon to allow tuning.

Hi Kevin,

I am interested in your flute for sell. Would it be possible to post a video of it being played? This will be my first flute to buy. I am somewhat of a beginner, although have played a little classical flute. do you think this would be a good one for a beginner?

Thanks!

I wouldn't particularly start out with a boxwood flute. My preference would be those easier to care for, either African Blackwood or Mopane, or Delrin polymers.
