Looks as if no one has, or can:

Update at http://www.caseyburnsflutes.com/ff.php
I was exploring an alternative in 3D printed plastic and the results are encouraging. At this point however, I have other flute making directions that I wish to pursue and simply need to focus on my higher end queue, which has been expanding. Thus I am currently unsure if I will be rollng out a plastic version of this flute. If that happens that will occur in 2021 or 2022.

Casey's Facebook posts (which are all public, I believe) indicate that he's definitely focused on the glass flute design after Claude Laurent's 19th century glass flutes, and seems really excited about it. I prefer wood flutes, but appreciate the spirit of innovation he's certainly exploring.
